Tonight I had my speech class, where I gave a speech on the importance of fuel economy, and saving gas. I covered the methods to increase fuel economy on your current car (driving 65mph or less, anticipating stops, regular maintenance) as well as keeping fuel economy in mind when purchasing a new car. A lot of people were surprised at how much an SUV costs to operate, so hopefully I got a few to rethink their vehicle choice. If interested, you can download it. I also heard a speech on Tatoos by a girl in the class. She insisted that Tattoos are evil and should be eradicated from your body. I'm not sure if she was just fishing for a topic, but I am very glad I got mine and would never get it removed. I didn't get a chance to ask her why she chose that topic.
