So you paid the $399 for an overpriced blu-ray player and as movie rentals move farther from physical media and closer to streaming/downloadable you're wondering "Can I do anything with this other than play 'Little Big Planet'"? Well your answer is here as Sony finally launches PlayStation Home tomorrow. While us Xbox 360 fanboys know we get better graphics, easier development, more exclusives, streaming movies, built-in extenderand a better online network, that last point could be in contention as Sony launches their cheap knockoff of Second Life. PS3 fanboys, all kidding aside, tell me your thoughts after playing around with it. I'll be reviewing it as well at my boyfriend/neighbors house on launch day. For those disappointed in the recent lack of posts, this should provide more than enough fuel for rage and banter.User Comments for 12-10-2008:

 | FYI, PS3 also hooks right into any Media Center PC. It's not the Media Center interface but i can stream my episodes of Bewitched and animal pron just fine. Thoughts on PS Home to come. MorlockPrime |

 | PS Home is entertaining for about 5 minutes... right now it's still in beta and the variety of activities and modifications is minimal. The graphics, however, are absolutely stunning. I'm looking forward to using it as intended: an online meeting place. BTW - My PS3 streams all of the non-DRM content from both my Vista Media Center as well as the open-source standard media server built into my NAS. Duane |

| From the recent reports the PS Home is turning out to be a epic fail. Very bad connection times, very simple nothing to it for something that took so long to make, Pretty boring and annoying so ya basically the penny arcade sums it up! Stavos |
