The PS/2 project has officially backfired, as the 7,200 RPM system drive produces a significantly higher amount of heat than the 3,600 RPM drives the case was designed for. With the drive regularly running 150+ degrees, it finally succumbed and caused a controller error that shut down the server the entire day yesterday, fortunately only Stavos noticed. I've since moved the drive to a more open area of the case with a dedicated fan. The now 80 degree temperature seems to be stable.
