After 15 long years of waiting, Starcraft 2 has finally released. While the beta provided some temporary titillation, the final ranking ladders give me a sense of purpose, and permanence. Having lost 4/5 of my placement matches, I was immediately placed in the "loser" league also know as bronze, while Stavos gained entry into the "winner" league, also known as silver. My finely tuned strategy involving the viking which was developed over the course of the beta was quickly rendered useless, forcing me to fall back to the ever popular MMM technique. While my dreams of being a Korean Starcraft superstar have been crushed, the co-op vs. AI is still my favorite, and gives me enough satisfaction to neglect my life-purpose Xbox.

Have you cracked it yet so we can play it at the LANs? MorlockPrime |
Well i'm at the bottom of the winners (silver) so does that make me the loser of the winners? I feel bronze will be my future shortly. Great game. They didn't change much but how could you when it was perfect? Stavos |
