I'm not here. :(
Hope you enjoy the free Cougarfest entry fee, wade. Never say I didn't do anything for ya. ;)
Wish I could be there, really. I'll be depressed all weekend because I'm not there. :(
Hey E1- I hear Eric is slowly converting you into a Mac lover.

Yes Norcal, you are my non-present homie. I posted a long, drawn out, sappy thank you for you in the Cougafest section on NECO. You'll have to read it when it comes back up.

LOL... I dunno if I'd call it that. ;) It mostly went something like this:
"Well fuck, how in the hell do I click, everytime I try and do something this fucking menu comes up."
Eric explains he has a magic mouse, with no actual buttons like an actual mouse, lol. He also explains I should not click the two buttons on the sides at the same time, which I didn't even know existed.
Window mysteriously sucks itself to the side.
"Well shit, how the hell did I do that? Tho it was kinda cool."
...and on and on. ;)
I did learn a few things, but I'll always be a PC person. I would consider getting one for my kids, only because it did have some friendly features, but relearning everything would only slow me down at this point. ;) Considering my lack of time already, and no real need to move away from the PC platform I just don't see it happening for myself. Especially since quite a bit of my income comes directly from my 3D product, which is windows-only. ;)

It took one of the guys here at work who had never touched a Mac in his life about 1 hour to figure out how to use it effectively.
And that's because he kept OVER-thinking problems. He kept turning around and asking me, "No, seriously, is it really that easy? I don't have to like go HERE HERE and HERE to do X?"
Besides dude, you can dual-boot an iMac between Windows and Mac OS X if you want. Just think, you never have to worry about losing your work to a virus because you can browse safely in OS X instead, and leave windows for the windows-only stuff. :)

Heh, yeah -- but I'm too much of a power-user. I effectively can use windows -- and I never have to stop and think how to do something, it just happens because I've done it 1000x. ;) Besides, like I told Eric... Windows on an Intel based processor is a PC. :P

They do alot of things, but I've yet to see a USB device that can suck
but I promise you.. if someone invents it.. they will make lots of money.(not from me though)
On another note... don't make me delete all this damn footage...
I just ordered the following
an addtional 250GB Hard Drive and a Firewire case for it.
and 2GB of memory...
