Yep, getting the new thermostat tonight from AutoZone. Hopefully it opens and warm coolant will spew all over my garage from the radiator hose we forgot to connect.

Thermostat is in, opens around 200 degrees. I was told it's a "medium" thermostat while our stock is a "high" and opens around 220. If anyone that knows how to get into diagnostic mode could check this I'd be grateful (and less paranoid).
I got it up to 220 before the fans kicked on, then 238 before I let off the throttle which dumped it down to 200 pretty quick, so I guess that means cooling is operating properly.
Tonight is rear suspension night then I'm finally back on the road.

Diag mode is pretty easy, and there's a howto on FC. Just gotta release the two buttons at the proper time, and then yer set.
I'll see if I can't swing by tonite, but I'm hoping to get the tires off the Talon finally to get them changed tonite. I had a chance yesterday and got it on jackstands, just got sidetracked by phone calls and didn't get finished...

However I've got some ticking from my diff, and some clutch out-of-round issues. Not 100% pleased with my tranny work yet, the ticking might just be a quaife oddity though.

what you are hearing is grea roll over Brad, it's common with a LSD, nothing to worry about.

Well this sounds alot like what I heard before the swap, I'm thinking maybe my halfshafts are doing it now.
I'll give you a ride in it and let you decide when I come drop off your tools Jason.
Here is the startup video: http://atomicinternet.homeip.net/newmcn ... DEPART.wmv
