I just installed a Snappy 3.0 on my computer. I hooked it up and the software installed, but when I go to use it says "Hardware not found." I changed my parallel port to ECP, and I checked to make sure there are no printers using the port. (I also replaced the battery.) What else could I possibly do to get it to work?
